Overnight High Protein Oats

This recipe is the base of all my overnight oat recipes. It contains 35g of protein.

All my ingredients are organic and my maple syrup comes from northern WIS.

Ingredients

1/2 c oats

1/2 c Greek yogurt

1/4 c milk

1 Tbsp shredded coconut

1 Tbsp maple syrup

2 Tbsp peanut butter

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1 Tbsp flax seeds

1 Tbsp hemp seeds

1 banana


Directions

Mix oats, greek yogurt, milk, shredded coconut, and maple syrup.

Pour into a jar. Spread the peanut butter on top to create its own layer.

Place chia, flax, and hemp seeds on top.

Refrigerate until morning then slice the banana on top.
