Blueberry Chia Oats

Mix together:
1/2 c oats
1/2 c Greek yogurt
1/4 c milk
1 Tbsp shredded coconut
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1/8 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c blueberries
Pour into a jar and place 2 Tbsp of peanut butter on top. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp of each flax seeds, chia seeds, and hemps seeds on top. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, place your favorite fruit on top.
